Nurse Anaesthetists Accreditation

Nurse Anesthetist Education

It is crucial for nurse anesthetists to stay up-to-date on emergency certifications, including your nurse anesthetist BLS certification, ACLS certification, and more. The medical world makes new discoveries and revises best practices every year; when you enroll in an accredited nurse anesthetist class, you receive the newest and best information on how to save lives and do your job right.

Your nurse anesthetist ACLS certification or other certifications are also requirements for most workplaces. Being up-to-date means you are in line with the regulations at your practice or hospital and better prepared for a promotion or job change when you are ready. Because accreditation positively impacts your career, it can even help you score that higher salary or pursue better job options. With that in mind, what are the different nurse anesthetist training programs available, and which one is right for you?

These programs have been prior approved by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists for Class A CE credits.

Effective May 1, 2013, the AANA does not award CME credits for BLS certification or recertification courses. This change was made in response to a revision by the American Nurses Credentialing Centers (ANCC) with the goal of providing quality educational offerings that provide CRNAs supplemental courses that meet their level of licensure.

Credit can only be obtained once per 3 year period.
